Develop and maintain BSP (Board Support Package) for QNX automotive systemsDevelop QNX communication modules, implement bus drivers and protocol stacks (CAN/LIN/Automotive Ethernet)Develop and port hardware drivers (UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, etc.)Implement IPC (Inter-Process Communication) mechanisms, develop message passing and resource managersOptimize system real-time performance and stability, troubleshoot driver and communication issues

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or Automation3+ years QNX system development or embedded Linux development experienceExpert in QNX OS principles and architecture, familiar with QNX IPC mechanisms (message passing, shared memory, etc.)Familiar with QNX BSP development, driver development and porting experienceProficient in C/C++ programming, familiar with multi-threading and real-time programmingFamiliar with automotive bus protocols (CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Automotive Ethernet)Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and communication protocol stackFamiliar with QNX Resource Manager developmentExperience with QNX Neutrino RTOS development preferredFamiliar with embedded processor architectures (ARM/PowerPC) preferredStrong low-level debugging and problem analysis skillsGood real-time system design capabilitiesGood documentation skillsGood English reading and writing skills
