• Reports to Plant Manager.

• Enforces established work policies, procedures, and standards of performance

• Understand the project plans and specifications.

• Understands this is a ‘working position’ and leads by example to show that safety and quality are the most important functions, ensuring that all employees follow quality and safety practices while working.

• Identifies potential schedule changes, workflow, and staffing issues for the designated inspectors.

• Plans, assigns, directs, and oversee activities of the designated inspectors to ensure that Inspection goals and objectives of the project or task are accomplished safely within the prescribed time frame and contractual

requirements.

• Completes daily Inspection Reports, tracks daily inspection and inspectors' timesheets, verifies accuracy, and submits promptly.

• Trains employees in the proper use of equipment, improving job performance, controlling the quality of work, increasing productivity, improving communication, and housekeeping in the QC workshop office.

• Exercises judgment and use discretion to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they may arise throughout the course of the work.

• Conduct investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes.

• Manages quality control program to ensure processes are implemented according to the ITP.

• Inspects in accordance with the company-approved procedure, such as incoming materials, dimensional, visual

• Attends meetings with third-party inspectors on various quality issues.

• Conducts toolbox meetings with QC staff at least three times a week.

• Perform pre-task meetings with the inspection team to ensure safe work practices, procedures, and hazards are identified within the scope of the inspection team’s work assignment;

• Update/calibrate inspection tools and keep records for continual calibration.

• Coordinate with the inspection agency for NDT.

• Assists the Plant Manager with any assigned tasks.

• Supervise the performance of QC inspectors.

• Review daily rejection reports and discuss with the Production Supervisor for preventive action.

• Ensure that the quality documentation is properly kept and updated from time to time.

• Minimum Educational Attainmen

• Minimum Educational Attainment: Engineering major graduate or in a relevant field

• Năng lực chuyên môn/Professional Qualification:

- Having quality certifications such as CSWIP, AWS-CWI, NACE, or FROSIO is an advantage.

• Kinh nghiệm làm việc tối thiểu/ Minimum Working Experience: At least 4-5 yrs. In the same role

- Should have at least 4-5 years of working experience in the same role;

- Having quality certifications is an advantage.

- Having a valid welding and/or painting inspection certification, such as Welding Inspector, FROSIO, or equivalent, is an advantage.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Computer literate.

- Willing to undergo job-related training
