QC Nhân Viên Kiểm Soát Chất Lượng Sản Xuất

A. Responsibilities:

• Make weekly, monthly report.

• Conduct past defected checking in the production line and implement horizontal action to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

B. Main job:

• 1. Analysis database, find root cause of the defects. And then cooperate with the relevant departments to deploy actions & follow up

• 2. Control the daily defect data from "Daily Inspection Report" and "Parts Defect" system.

• Investigate & take action to improve the quality issue. And then cooperate with the relevant departments to deploy actions & follow up

• 3. Make plan & establish CT for new model, mass production, DCS...

• 4. Make plan to evaluation & deploy Dummy test

• 5. New machine, new line, Past problem, pokayoke, Leaktest audit...

• 6. Control the inspection license & deploy training program if any..

C. Other Jobs:

• Other job assign from upper levels.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

A. Must – have:

- Teamwork and high responsibility and bear well with high pressure.

- Fluently in office software.

B. Preferable:

- Good at analyzing & make report, also instruct well subordinates do right things as their function

- Good at inprovement

- Understand well PDCA concept

- To be aware of QC tools as 7 QC tools, QC story

- Good at management database

- Teamwork and high reponsibility and beer well high pressure.
