QC Manager/ QC 經理 (Expat Only)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead our Quality Control function within our garment manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for establishing quality management processes, ensuring products consistently meet international buyer standards, and driving continuous quality improvement throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Control (QC) procedures and quality management systems.

• Ensure all products comply with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.

• Monitor production quality and identify root causes of quality issues.

• Work closely with Production, Technical, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related challenges.

• Participate in production meetings and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate and accompany buyers during factory inspections, audits, and quality evaluations.

• Lead, coach, and supervise the QC team to achieve quality objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Manager or equivalent position in the garment manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of garment production processes, quality standards, and factory quality management.

• Experience working directly with international buyers and factory inspections.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Chinese or Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
