QA Staff (Tiếng Anh Toeic 650 hoặc Tiếng Nhật N2)

Main Responsibilities

- Analyze quality trend data and coordinate cross-functional meetings with Production and Engineering to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.

- Implement and monitor IATF 16949 Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.。

- Manage internal and supplier 4M changes, including risk assessment, validation, post-change monitoring and customer approval when required.

- Perform monthly product traceability verification and traceability drills in accordance with Customer Standard AS004.

- Deploy customer requirements and quality countermeasures across related processes.

- Support internal audits, customer audits and quality management system improvement activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Quality Assurance.

- Good knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan).

- Experience in 4M Change Management and Traceability Management.

- Able to communicate in English or Japanese. English (Toeic 650) or JP (N2)
