QA Manager (Seafoods)

Develop, implement, and maintain the Group-wide QA system in compliance with international standards and internal policies.
Supervise, monitor, and control the quality of products/services at subsidiary companies.
Organize training and coaching for QA/QC staff on processes, standards, and quality control skills.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, prepare evaluation reports, and propose improvement solutions.
Handle customer complaints related to product/service quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, Engineering, Sales, R&D, etc.) to ensure end-to-end quality across the supply chain.
Represent the company when working with partners, certification bodies, and international customers regarding quality issues.
Propose and oversee quality improvement programs to minimize risks and non-conformance costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC, including minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, BRC, ASC, BAP or equivalent).
Strong leadership, team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
English: Good communication skills
(emails, reports, direct communication with international partners/customers).
Experience in multi-plant or group companies is an advantage.
Often business travelling to 4 subsidiaries.
