RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement
• Receive and process purchase requests (PR), technical, non-technical and food
• Work with OM and DOO for approval of PRs and create purchase orders (PO)
• Assign POs to appropriate staff for processing
• Work with Legal Director for technical POs
• Create contracts when required
• Work with Legal Director for contact approvals and awarding to suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Trade or Business
• Certificate in Management
• Knowledge of business, trade, procurement, supply chain tourism, geography, foreign cultures preferable.
• Knowledge of purchasing laws, policies, regulations, practices.
• Knowledge of accounting (preferable).
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Purchasing experience essential (in a similar role and industry preferable)
