Purchasing Supervisor

Plan and supervise purchasing activities according to production and business requirements.
Source, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers (domestic & international), especially in the wood and furniture industry.
Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Control purchasing costs and optimize budget usage.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, market price trends, and supplier evaluation.
Manage, train, and develop the purchasing team.
At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, logistics, contracts, and raw material markets.
Prefer candidates with experience in the wood furniture manufacturing industry or related fields.
Experience working with both domestic and international suppliers.
Knowledge in wood and furniture industry is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Thành thạo MS Office; có kinh nghiệm sử dụng ERP là lợi thế.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Good command of English.
