Purchasing Staff

1. Source suppliers and purchase materials for the company

• Source suppliers and purchase materials as assigned.
• Balance purchase orders and coordinate inbound material deliveries under the Team Leader's assignment.
• Monitor and evaluate suppliers' responsiveness for the assigned product categories.
• Search for and develop a supplier base to support effective purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department and transportation service providers to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Collect invoices and packing lists, then submit them to the Logistics team.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during contract execution and goods receipt; resolve or report any issues that arise during implementation.
• Monitor incoming shipments and create warehouse inbound requests in the system upon goods arrival.

2. Source suppliers and process sample requests.

3. Source suppliers and prepare quotations for new projects.

4. Control and update the unit prices and lead times of materials during the mass production phase.

5. Perform other supporting tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• College degree or above in Import-Export, Business Administration, or a related field.
