PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Working Location:
Mercedes-Benz Phu My Hung, Lot 2&3, No. 7 Street, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC
About Us: Vietnam Star Automobile is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to delivering premium products and services. We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team and support procurement activities to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support purchasing plans and procurement projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
Obtain quotations and manage purchasing contracts, payments, and order follow-up.
Ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
Verify the quantity and quality of goods and services received.
Prepare procurement-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Administration.
Good knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Good command of English is an advantage.
