Purchasing Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

1. Responsible for researching and developing local supply resources for spare parts, office supplies, household goods, and other factory materials.

2. Responsible for supplier communication, price negotiation, and daily procurement
activities.

3. Assist in building Kingfa Indonesia procurement process and ensure compliance with
company standards.

4. Follow up contract execution for raw materials, non-raw materials, and services; handle
arrival, reconciliation, payment, and exceptions.

5. Manage urgent procurement requests to support construction and production needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.
2. Minimum of two years’ purchasing experience, with strong knowledge of local supply
resources in Indonesia for spare parts, office supplies, daily necessities, and other materials
required during construction, production, and operation stages of factories.
3. English proficiency for daily work communication, and Chinese proficiency is mandatory
