• Inventory Management: Calculate and plan the quantity of materials, packaging,..., ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet production demands

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary logistics documentation such as invoices, packing list, COs, shipping orders, delivery receipts, and inventory logs. Ensure all required paperwork complies with company policies and regulations.

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in related major (Economics, import – export is an advantage).

• Good MS Offices skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email

• Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversation & writing)

• Can work overtime and under high pressure
