[Pull&Bear & Massimo Dutti] Deputy Store Manager

Our Deputy Managers work hand in hand with our Store Managers. They stand out for their love of fashion, business profile and work by and for the store team.

Responsibilities:

• Being familiar with the product: having an interest in fashion, knowing the collections inside out, and being able to carry out business analysis and give feedback to the store managers.

• Preparing the delivery process: organising and participating in the delivery process, and ensuring that the product is correctly displayed according to the merchandising guidelines and customer needs.

• Ensuring optimum, constant restocking of the section.

• Customer service: guaranteeing high levels of customer service in the store and being available to help customers at all times.

• Assisting store managers with opening and closing the store when required.

• Participating in the recruitment and induction of new team members.

• Training, developing and motivating the store team.

• Online and SINT: being up-to-speed with online and SINT procedures.

• Taking care of the resources available in the store, following the company’s sustainability policies.

• Candidates must be respectful of other people's opinions as well as promoting diversity and inclusion.

• Bachelor Degree

• At least one year’s experience in a high responsibility role within the retail sector

• We value language skills, especially in English.

• Training in the field of Fashion is desirable
