Project & Service Engineer

1. Project Works

• Manage and supervise mechanical, piping, refractory and fabrication works at project sites/workshops.

• Prepare Method Statements, ITP, site schedules, checklists, inspection documents and As-built drawings.

• Control safety, quality, schedule and project risks; ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and client requirements.

• Provide technical support for planning, design, procurement and construction.

• Coordinate and manage project information among consultants, owners, subcontractors and internal teams; lead daily site meetings when required.

• Monitor project progress, resources and change orders; report regularly to the Project Leader/Project Manager.

• Review daily reports from project staff and prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.

• Work independently and take responsibility for assigned work packages and site activities.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Directors/Managers.

2. Service Works

• Supervise equipment installation and assembly, including expansion joints, refractory, mechanical assembly and piping construction.

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for customers.

• Support the Service Manager in daily operations and assist the Sales Team with technical issues and solutions.

• Willing to travel frequently to customer sites across Vietnam, Asia and Europe.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project/Site/Mechanical/Piping supervision or Site Management.

• Experience in EPC projects; experience in Oil & Gas or Power Plant projects in Vietnam is preferred.

• Experience in construction site management and supervision of mechanical/piping works.

• Understanding of Vietnamese design & construction regulations, processes and procedures.

• Certificate of Equipment Installation Supervision – Level 1.2 is required/preferred.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT, SAP2000 or ETABS is an advantage.

• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills and teamwork.

• Honest, diligent, quick learner and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel frequently and work at project sites, including overseas assignments and training.
