Build Landmark Infrastructure Projects with VSL Vietnam

VSL Vietnam, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction Group, is a leading specialist contractor in post-tensioning, bridge construction, structural strengthening, geotechnical engineering, and heavy lifting solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver our construction projects across Vietnam.

• Manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion.

• Ensure project delivery in compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

• Lead project teams, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and main contractors.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and resource planning.

• Ensure compliance with VSL and Bouygues Construction HSE standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in either Civil Engineering, Road and Bridges, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in Project Management.

• Proven experience managing infrastructure, bridge, industrial, or complex construction projects.

• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of contract administration, project controls, and construction methodologies.

• Fluent Vietnamese and good command of English.

• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Vietnam.
