Project Manager

As a Project Manager in our team, you will:

• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and deliver impactful product experiences for global users.
• Plan, manage, and drive end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
• Monitor project progress, delivery metrics, and team performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively driving mitigation plans and timely resolutions.
• Definition, monitoring of product portfolio/goals relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
• Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 3+ years of relevant project manager experience;
• Experience in a prior startup or other high-ambiguity environment;
• Experience with AI platform is a huge plus
• Prior experience with psychology-based products, gamification, or other user behavior-oriented apps
• Prior consumer-facing product development experience, ideally with mobile or subscription-based products
