Project Executive

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for our trade shows.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.

Project & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee exhibition and conference projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage exhibitor and delegate registrations, contracts, and logistics.

• Fluent English communication.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills—ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Project management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
• Team player with a proactive attitude—ready to take ownership and drive success.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B sales is a plus.
