Project Engineer

- Engage with international customers to understand their requirements and address any queries related to projects.
- Process technical proposals, purchase orders, and contracts through meetings, emails, or phone calls for international customers.
- Ensure that technical issues, weights, prices, and contracts are up-to-date.
- Source vendors and suppliers in the construction, mechanical industries and building materials sector, both domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure their successful completion.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service while optimizing cost efficiencies.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the manager.
- Stay informed about new products and features.

- Open to fresh engineering graduates or Project Engineer trainees. Candidates with experience in project management, sales within construction, mechanical industries, or related fields are also welcome.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Acad, technical softwares.
- Capability to work under strict deadlines.
- Well organizational, multitasking skills, customer services.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
