Project Engineer

Job requirements:A. Project PlanningConduct site surveys and collect technical requirements from clientsDefine project scope, develop execution plans (timeline, manpower, materials)Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical solutions and proposalsPrepare project technical documentationIdentify risks and propose mitigation plansB. Execution & CommissioningSupervise system installation (mechanical, electrical, and automation if applicable)Perform wiring, inspection, and pre-commissioning checksExecute commissioning, testing, and system optimizationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site/remoteC. Project Management Office (PMO) supportMonitor project progress and update schedules regularlyMaintain and control project documentation (drawings, checklists, reports)Track project costs, materials, and resource utilizationCoordinate with internal departments: Sales, Procurement, ServiceCommunicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycleD. Handover & After-Sales SupportConduct FAT/SAT and final project acceptance (if applicable)Provide operation training to clientsPrepare handover documentation (manuals, reports, as-built drawings)Support maintenance and post-project troubleshooting

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields1-2 years of experience in engineering projects and commissioning, experience with Automation systems installationEnglish communication skillsWillingness to travel for project assignmentsAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawingsGood at planning and organizational skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills in on-site environmentsAbility to work independently at project sites
