1. Support AI Project Implementation
Assist in tracking the progress of AI projects
Update project information and compile reports
Assist in preparing documentation for project implementation
Participate in testing AI tools and automation workflows
2. Research and Experiment with New AI Tools
Explore and test new AI tools that may support business operations
Document findings and share insights with the team
Support Process Optimization
Assist the team in building simple automation workflows
Help update documentation on how to use AI tools in daily work
Record issues that arise during implementation and suggest improvements
Support Other Tasks Assigned by the Board of Directors and Relevant Departments
Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience
Graduated with Good classification or above
IELTS 6.5 or above
Preferred majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or related fields
Basic ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
Proactive and willing to learn
Interested in exploring new technologies
Able to work with multiple departments
Careful when working with data and documentation
