Project Coordinator

Project Management
Plan, implement, and monitor the entire project from start to finish
Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure progress
Ensure product quality throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and control the project budget within approved limits
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep the project on track
Quality Management
Oversee and inspect product quality
Ensure products meet technical and aesthetic standards
Detect and promptly resolve quality-related issues
Communication and External Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met
Negotiate and resolve issues with customers and partners
Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders
Other Tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
Abilities & Skills
Planning and project management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to inspect and evaluate product quality based on aesthetic and technical standards
Proficiency in English communication
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel for business trips when necessary
Experience
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than 5 years of working experience
