Tuyển dụng Production Technology Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Lead the design, optimization, and technical improvement of company core production processes, including molybdenum concentrate leaching, molybdenum concentrate roasting, Ferro Molybdenum production by thermite reaction, the Wet Sulfuric Acid (WSA) process, and Rhenium/APR (Ammonium Perrhenate) extraction.
- Lead process design and bottleneck improvement projects related to leaching, roasting, WSA, and Rhenium recovery processes.
- Plan and execute the transfer of new products and processes to mass production.
- Establish SOPs and manage technical standards, process manuals, operating conditions, and engineering documents.
- Review and optimize process conditions, raw material consumption, mass balance, recovery rate, energy efficiency, and product quality.
- Oversee external certifications, technology transfers, and government approvals, including EIA, IPA, IRC, and other relevant permits.
- Assign team tasks, manage team schedules, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement company-wide technical security policies.
1. Education:
Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering, Material, Metallurgical, hydrometallurgical, pyrometallurgical, or relative industries.
2. Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in chemical, metallurgical, mining, or other continuous process industries, including experience leading engineering or production technology teams..
3. Knowledge:
Strong technical knowledge of molybdenum-related processes, including molybdenum concentrate leaching, roasting, Ferro Molybdenum production, WSA sulfuric acid production, and Rhenium/APR extraction
4. Skills:
Strong analytical skills for evaluating new technologies, process improvement opportunities, and production issues.
Ability to lead R&D projects and apply advanced engineering principles to actual production operations.
Experience in preparing SOPs, technical standards, engineering documents, and government approval documents is preferred.
Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
