Production Supervisor / Giám Sát Sản Xuất

• Manage and develop the factory's product quality control system./ Tham gia xây dựng, quản lý và phát triển hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm của nhà máy.
• Set up material norm plans./ Tham gia xây dựng các kế hoạch định mức nguyên vật liệu.
• Assign and encourage workers to work well, ensure the completion of the production plans./ Phân công, đôn đốc công nhân làm việc, đảm bảo hoàn thành các kế hoạch sản xuất đã đề ra.
• Actively supervise the working process of workers to ensure that manufactured products meet the required quality./ Chủ động giám sát quá trình làm việc của công nhân để đảm bảo sản phẩm sản xuất ra đạt chất lượng theo yêu cầu
• Solve situations that might arise in the production process of the factory./ Xử lý các tình huống, sự số phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất của nhà máy.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to understand customers 'needs then offer solutions to improve old products to better meet customers' needs./ Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan nắm bắt nhu cầu của khách hàng để đưa ra các giải pháp cải tiến sản phẩm cũ, nhằm đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu của khách hàng.
• Participate in developing new products in terms of choosing raw materials and making samples./ Tham gia lập kế hoạch phát triển các sản phẩm mới của công ty, lựa chọn nguyên vật liệu, làm hàng mẫu.
• Deploy approved production plans or new product development by managers./ Triển khai các kế hoạch sản xuất sản phẩm mới khi được yêu cầu.
• Periodically coordinate with the technical department to maintain the system of machines and equipment./ Định kỳ phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật của nhà máy triển khai việc bảo trì, bảo dưỡng hệ thống máy móc, trang thiết bị.
• Proposing new technologies, tools and techniques for production line to improve production efficiency and apply when the proposal is approved./ Đề xuất trang bị các công nghệ, dụng cụ, kỹ thuật mới cho dây chuyền sản xuất của nhà máy để nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất và triển khai áp dụng khi đề xuất được duyệt và các trang thiết bị mới được nhập về.
• Directly or assign training skills to new workers./ Trực tiếp hoặc phân công hướng dẫn, đào tạo tay nghề cho công nhân mới làm việc hiệu quả.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure that there are enough raw materials for the production process./ Phối hợp làm việc với bộ phận thu mua để đảm bảo có đủ nguyên vật liệu phục vụ cho quá trình sản xuất.
• Proactively propose new ideas to improve operational efficiency for the plant./ Chủ động đề xuất những ý tưởng mới nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động cho nhà máy.
• Actively supervise safety issues for workers, fire prevention./ Chủ động giám sát các vấn đề về an toàn lao động của công nhân, phòng cháy chữa cháy.
• Evaluate the performance of workers in the production lines./ Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của công nhân các chuyền sản xuất được giao giám sát.
• Participate fully in relevant meetings and prepare working reports as required./ Tham gia đầy đủ các cuộc họp liên quan và làm các báo cáo công việc theo yêu cầu.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Tốt nghiệp tối thiểu Cao Đẳng trở lên./ Graduated at least from College & above.
• Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương./ Experience with minimum 2 years factory working in supervisory level.
• Ưu tiên từng làm trong môi trường nhà máy thực phẩm./ Priority with who has worked in food factory
• Có kiến thức về ngành hàng thực phẩm./ Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
• Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp khá cả nói & viết./ English: Intermediate communication both spoken and written
• Vi tính: biết dùng Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook./ Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Có thể làm việc xoay ca và tăng ca theo kế hoạch
