PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

- Prepare weekly production and shift-working schedules.
- Follow up production process to make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Lead, manage and motivate operators and team leaders in production
- Actively participate in production and quality meetings
- Ensure optimum usage of the workforce, raw materials and equipment
- Develop work instructions for new products and prepare data in ERP software
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize improvement training when necessary
- To perform other tasks as assigned by Production Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to mechanical engineering or business
- 2+ years working experience in similar position
- Good in English (written and spoken)
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different department heads
- Outstanding leadership skills to motivate operators
- Previous experience with ERP system is of advantage
