Production Schedule Specialist

The opportunity:

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of products.

• You will play a key role in balancing production capacity with demand, minimizing bottlenecks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.

How do you make impact:

• You will develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, material availability, and capacity.

• You will optimize production sequencing and resource allocation using planning and scheduling tools.

• You will monitor schedule adherence, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

• You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align production plans and priorities.

• You will analyze production data to improve efficiency, lead times, and resource utilization.

• You will support capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet future production requirements.

• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

• You will support new product introductions and prepare reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory levels.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing; energy or heavy industry preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and APS software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills; advanced Excel proficiency.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and Vietnamese language skills are advantageous.
