Production Planning Engineer

- Develop and maintain production plans for Olefins products to ensure customer demand is met while maximizing plant efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material availability to support smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align production plans with business requirements.
- Analyze production performance, inventory trends, and operational data, and prepare regular reports to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize production planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
- Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of production planning processes and planning tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and perform other planning-related tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6 months – 8 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Olefins manufacturing processes or petrochemical production operations.
- Ability to respond quickly and adapt effectively to changing priorities and unexpected operational situations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentation materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP or other planning systems is an advantage.
- Good English (both written and spoken)
