Production Planning Analytics Specialist (Fresher/Junior) (9-Month Temp)

Support the Production Planning team in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights for planning and production activities.
Prepare, transform, and analyze data using Power Query, DAX, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Automate routine reports and improve existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Support data collection, validation, and consolidation from different sources, including ERP systems.
Work closely with Production Planners and relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and analytics.
Support analysis related to production planning, demand, inventory, capacity, and material availability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
Learn and gradually develop knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or a related field are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred, including experience with: Power Query, DAX, Data modeling, Dashboard development
Basic to good knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience with or exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear and meaningful insights.
Strong interest in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and production planning.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
English proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills
