Production Manager - Hiep Phuoc IZ

The Production Manager is responsible for leading operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives. The role oversees production planning, operational optimization, maintenance coordination, budget control, and workforce development while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Description

* Lead and manage all production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and dispatch volumes are achieved.

* Drive health, safety, and environmental excellence by implementing company standards, monitoring compliance, and promoting a zero-harm culture.

* Review and approve production plans while coordinating maintenance activities to maximize plant reliability and operational efficiency.

* Collaborate with quality, procurement, maintenance, logistics, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve operational issues.

* Manage departmental budgets, production costs, energy consumption, and resource utilization to achieve cost-efficiency targets.

* Oversee CAPEX planning and project execution to support long-term operational improvements.

* Develop team capabilities through KPI management, coaching, succession planning, and multi-skilling programs.

Profile

* Degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of experience within heavy industry, construction materials, chemicals, mining, etc

* Strong understanding of production operations, budgeting, CAPEX management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.

* Good command of English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.

* Proven leadership capabilities with strengths in driving results, collaboration, stakeholder management, talent development, and team engagement.
