Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing floor,

ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role

focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, managing production schedules, and leading a high

performing team to support our high-speed growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management,

or a related technical field.

• Experience: 5+ years of production management or supervisory experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment (experience with high-speed components, electronic connectors, cables, or advanced assembly lines is a major plus).
