Production Junior Staff

I. Job Summary
Responsible for accurate production data entry, consolidation, and reporting
Provide administrative and secretarial support for daily production operations
II. Key Responsibilities
Collect daily production data
Enter production output, raw material, and chemical consumption data into ERP and reporting systems
Verify and consolidate shift reports, batch records, and log sheets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and consumption reports
Record attendance, overtime, and shift schedules of production
Prepare manpower and overtime-related reports for the production department
Prepare, update, and control production-related forms and documents
Manage document filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with procedures
Support ISO, internal audit, and external audit documentation
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
I. Education:
University or college degree in
Industrial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or other related fields

Skills:
Proficient English in communication and reporting
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Communication skills and teamwork mindset
Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn
III.
Others:
Experience in data and reporting related work
Experience with management systems such as ERP, SAP, or WMS is preferred.
Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred.

Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
