Role Purpose

The Production Engineering Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of plant fixtures and equipment. Core responsibilities include the periodic maintenance and calibration of equipment and fixtures, serving as a technical communication bridge between Vietnam and Taiwan, and resolving fixtures abnormalities on the production line. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the Taiwan technical team to discuss optimizations and improvements for in-plant fixtures and equipment.

Objectives of this role

• Regular maintenance and servicing of fixtures and tools;
• Routine equipment maintenance;
• Production line troubleshooting;
• Implementing standard instruments and gauge calibration;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Professional experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field is required.
• Experience in equipment or fixture repair.
• Experience in fixture design is a plus.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently is required.
• Ability to clearly articulate issues and facilitate discussions.
