- Support daily production operations to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
- Monitor production processes and provide technical recommendations to operators.
- Coordinate with related departments to prepare the Monthly Production Schedule (MPS).
- Analyze production performance and prepare operational reports.
- Support process optimization, equipment improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental (HSE) and quality requirements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related majors.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of polymer and petrochemical processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and computer skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
