Production Control Manager

• Make detailed plans based on the actual material sourcing, manpower, production line capacity and

delivery schedule.

• Supervise the weekly, monthly, quarterly production & delivery plan

• Adjust the production plan after confirming the MP ( mass production ) for next week

• Report on the inventory data of raw material, Finish goods

• Make weekly, monthly, quarterly inventory plan

• Manage and supervise the subordinate’s works

• Train and develop manpower

• Communicate with the related teams and factories in overseas ( Korea, China)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduate university and have at least 8 working years, including 5 working years as Production Planning, Production control manager/supervisor

• Manpower management and development skills

• Risk management ability and skills

• Basic knowledge about management systems like SAP

• Good at MS – Office ( Excel )

• High English proficiency

• Korean communication is an advantage
