Job Description

As a key liaison between our Vietnam Suppliers, our headquarters in Japan, and our U.S. branch, you will be responsible for providing sales support with a primary focus on delivery schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production progress, confirm delivery schedules, and coordinate

shipments with supliers in Vietnam.

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time

production, logistics, and delivery.

• Provide sales support by managing orders, pricing, and delivery-related

operations.

• Prepare and manage shipping and commercial documents, including

invoices, packing lists, and other related documents.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required

• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

Sales Administration, Sales Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to proactively manage project progress and provide appropriate

status reports.

• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.

Preferred

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or automotive parts industry.

• Experience negotiating with factory and managing suppliers.

• Experience in international logistics and working with freight forwarders.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) or Business-level

English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or above) is required. Candidates with

both language skills will be preferred.

• Experience in quotation preparation, pricing management, and cost

management.
