Product Owner

Translate SOCOM strategy into a sequenced product roadmap across H1/H2, starting with the first 30-day sprint.
Define business requirements and acceptance criteria for CreatorOS, LiveOps, Growth Cockpit, Diagnostics and AI-agent workflows.
Run weekly backlog prioritization with Technology, Bianca’s SOCOM team and business SMEs.
Ensure every prototype attaches to a real weekly workflow, a human reviewer and a measurable productivity or revenue outcome.
Own build/partner/defer decisions with the Tech Lead, especially for Stickler, TikTok ecosystem tools and creator-marketplace capabilities.
Define success metrics: proposal turnaround, reporting-time reduction, creator match quality, adoption and brand-pilot readiness.
Prepare steering updates, demo scripts, stakeholder narratives and go/no-go packs for each decision gate.
Work with QA/QC so no leadership or client-facing output ships without functional and data-quality sign-off.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience & Industry Background:5+ years in product management, digital platforms, e-commerce, martech, marketplace or SaaS delivery.
Strong ability to convert ambiguous strategy into MVP scope, backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria and phased releases.
Experience with data products, dashboards, AI workflows or internal operating platforms.
Comfortable working with commercial, operations, BI, data engineering and software teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; ability to make hard trade-offs and prevent over-scoping.
Technical Proficiencies:Product: Backlog & roadmap tools, experimentation, analytics dashboards.
Commerce: TikTok Market Scope or similar; marketplace and affiliate tooling.
AI: AI agents, prompt evaluation, human-in-the-loop, data governance.
