Product Owner

Product Roadmap & Backlog
Build and manage the
Product Roadmap and Product Backlog, prioritizing features based on business goals, user needs, and product insights.
Translate business requirements into clear
User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, user flows, and feasible product solutions.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor product KPIs, user behavior, and feedback to evaluate feature performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Continuously improve web/mobile products and optimize delivery based on data, business impact, and user needs.
Product Development & Agile Delivery
Collaborate closely with
Business, UI/UX, Developers, QA/QC, Data, and external partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
Drive Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
Work with UI/UX teams on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum and Kanban.
Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in
Product Backlog, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and feature prioritization.
Good understanding of
UI/UX, wireframes, and prototyping; familiar with Figma, Visio, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in
FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus.
