Product Operations (E-Commerce/ Web App)

1. Web/App Operations

• Manage and update product content, banners, and information on Web/App platforms
• Ensure content accuracy and timely updates across digital channels
• Monitor website/app performance and coordinate issue resolution when needed

2. Product Performance & User Analysis

• Track and analyze product performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement, retention)
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports to support business and product decisions
• Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points or improvement opportunities

3. Product Optimization

• Propose improvements to enhance user experience and optimize product performance
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to improve digital journeys and feature effectiveness
• Support testing and evaluation of new product features or enhancements

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
• Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Follow up project timelines and support issue tracking during rollout phases

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Systems, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Digital Operations, E-commerce, or related roles
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Web/App operations and user behavior analysis
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools (Excel, GA4, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Basic English reading skills preferred
