Product Marketing Manager

Report to: Head of Marketing

Main duties & responsibilities

a. Analyze the pesticide needs of each crop and propose solutions.

b. Conduct market segmentation, product positioning, and strategic planning.

c. Plan and supervise sales plan, import plan of related products.

d. Responsible for maintaining and increasing market share in managed product groups.

e. Track the development of new products, launching plans, product branding, new markets,...

 Knowledge & qualifications: University graduate or higher, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture / Economics.

 Skills: Use office computer, good English, teamwork, plan, have good communication and negotiation skills, collect market information.

 Ability: Independent work, under pressure, ability to solve problems in time.

 Experience:

- At least 08 years or more at same position or similar.
