PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF (R&D)

- Develop products according to customer requirements and assignments from management.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to collect necessary input information for product development.
- Prepare samples as requested, in compliance with company procedures.
- Work closely with the Production team to make samples, monitor the sampling process, and record processing conditions during sampling.
- Propose improvement solutions to address any issues identified in new projects.
- Participate in new product trials at the customer's production line.
- Perform other raw material development-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Education: College/University major in Printing is preferable
- Basic English skill
- Knowledge of printed product analysis, including color, raw materials, and manufacturing processes in the printing industry, such as shrink sleeve packaging, BOPP - wrap around
- Ability to use Al-based software/tools to check and verify designs.
- Knowledge of raw materials used in product construction, such as packaging materials, film substrates, and printing inks, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to identify root causes and resolve issues during the product development process.
