Product Development - Manager

• Able to lead a team to work with Design from Sketch to sample.

• Meeting sample deadline and ensure the sample quality is meeting customer requirement.

• Translate the design aesthetic and intention to sample room and resolve the technical issue during the development.

• Manage and call out the risk of the quality, resolve with solution before production start.

• Work closely with sample room / pattern maker / technician to ensure the products meet customer requirement and factory production friendly.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or University Degree.

- At least 5 years in product development position with 2 years as a supervising / manager level, experience in handbag and Small leather good in leather is an advantage.

- Understanding Handbag and Small Leather Good construction.

- Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
