We are a fast-growing furniture manufacturing and export company, serving both B2B clients and global e-commerce platforms. Our focus is on developing modern, functional, and cost-effective furniture products optimized for online sales and large-scale production.

Job Summary

Support the development of furniture products from concept to mass production, working closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver cost-effective and market-driven products for global e-commerce platforms.

Product Strategy & Market Research

• Analyze trends across Amazon, Wayfair, and global furniture markets

• Identify product opportunities based on customer demand and competitor analysis

• Define product concepts, pricing, and target customer segments

Product Development & Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop functional and cost-effective products

• Ensure products are optimized for:

o Flat-pack shipping

o Easy assembly

o Mass production efficiency

• Review drawings, specifications, and materials

Production & Supplier Management

• Work closely with factories and suppliers in Vietnam and overseas

• Oversee sampling, prototyping, and production readiness

• Ensure quality, cost control, and on-time production

E-commerce & Export Optimization

• Align product specs with packaging and shipping requirements

• Support product positioning for online platforms (Amazon / Wayfair)

• Reduce damages and returns through packaging and design improvements

Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct product and packaging testing

• Analyze customer feedback and returns data

• Drive improvements in design, materials, and production processes

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years in furniture product development or production

• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes

• Experience working with factories (Vietnam or international)

• Knowledge of materials (wood, metal, upholstery, etc.)

• Understanding of e-commerce product requirements

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication
