Product Development Executive

Receive new development from sales team/NATco sister companies such as NATco US, Shanghai, Taiwan, HongKong, India, Bangladesh….
Checking the requirements and build the specifications for costing, submit cost to GM/CM for reviewing the price.
Checking cost with suppliers (3-4 suppliers per each item) or inhouse in case of produce by IH.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness.
Follow up with supplier/IH for sampling, and make sure to submit sample to requestor base on Sample standard leadtime ontime.
Sourcing qualified materials. Sourcing qualified supplier.
Go to supplier factory for checking colorist.
Support relative department to solve product issues between all related departments.
Handle testing requirement with 3rd lab party (SGS, BV, TUV....)
Strong knowledge about label/packaging product, good training to other newbie member.
Be subject to work assignments from PD supervisor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 2 years of experience related to product development.
(Knowledge of Label & Packaging / Garment is an advantage)
Good problem-solving/ analysis skills.
Ability to read, understand and communicate in English
