Procurement & Supply Assistant Manager

01. JOB PURPOSE

The Procurement & Supply Assistant Manager is responsible for managing procurement, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and products. This role supports business operations through effective sourcing, inventory control, logistics management, and participation in the monthly S&OP process while leading the Supply Chain team.

02. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and purchasing.

- Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure material and product availability.

- Monitor and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, delivery planning, and import coordination.

- Support and co-facilitate the monthly S&OP process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, intercompany partners, and regional procurement teams.

- Identify and implement supply chain improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification. APICS certification is an advantage.

- Minimum 05 years of supply chain experience covering procurement, supply planning, inventory, and logistics.

- SAP experience is required

- Strong organization, communication

- S&OP facilitation and demand-supply planning skills.

- Good time management skills.
