Procurement Specialist

Follow up and do Customs clearance for Import shipments of Raw - Packaging materials – Finished Goods (control and follow up process of documentation to release shipment, payment documents for import duty, prepare the reports..)
Customs process for export finished goods cargo (Control and follow up process to choose forwarders, do booking vessel, fumigation of export cargos, arrange export shipments, prepare the reports …)
Control Forwarder Service contracts (import/export forwarders, shipping agents...) and do payment for Customs ‘s import duty and local charges related to import/ export shipments.
Preparation Certificate of Origin (Form D, B...) for export cargos.
Control Logistic process and update information for import license application.
Prepare Report to Drug Administration of Vietnam related to import-export activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly…).
Purchases Insurance for Imported/ Exported cargos.
Claiming insurance for damage import/ export cargos.
Communication to the suppliers during customs clearance process.
Assist for department for documentation as scanning PRSs, POs, contracts, VAT invoices… prepare all documents transfer to accounting…
Input data on follow up PO List for purchasing of RM/ PM/ UIP items.
Prepared and filing documents RM/ PM/ UIP items.
Follow-up and update delivery status for RM/ PM/ UIP items
Coordinate with other departments involved to procurement supports.
Assist the Purchasing Manager with other procurement tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Logistics and supply chain or a related field.
2-3 years experience in Customs Clearance process and logistics (knowledge in pharmaceuticals is appreciated), at least two years for the same position.
Experience in packaging materials procurement, manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
