Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities for our manufacturing operations. The position is responsible for sourcing and purchasing machinery, equipment, spare parts, technical services, MRO materials, consumables, and CAPEX items while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support production and maintenance operations.

• Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

• Lead procurement of machinery, industrial equipment, spare parts, technical services, and CAPEX projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost, and service.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Prepare procurement reports, budget forecasts, and supplier performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing companies, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, spare parts, maintenance requirements, and technical procurement.

• Experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement planning.

• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance processes.

• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• English comunication.
