Procurement Executive

We are looking for a sharp Procurement Executive with strong Sourcing & Negotiation skills to optimize our supply chain.
 

Key Responsibilities

• PO Management: Process purchase orders from General Managers/Managers.
• Cost & Supply Optimization: Deliver the right goods/services at the right time, specifications, and quantity at the lowest possible cost.
• SAP & Logistics: Update SAP system, notify internal clients on delivery status, and coordinate with logistics.
• Supplier & Forecasting: Evaluate/source suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly financial forecasts.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: 4 - 5 years in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Skills: Strong Sourcing and excellent Negotiation skills.
• Language: Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Technical: Proficiency in SAP system (mandatory) and Excel forecasting.
