Process Quality Assurance (PQA)

• Monitor and ensure project processes comply with company standards and quality procedures
• Audit project activities, documentation, and deliverables to maintain high quality standards
• Identify risks, gaps, and process non-compliance; propose improvement solutions
• Work closely with Project Managers and teams to ensure proper process implementation
• Track and report quality metrics, project health, and compliance status
• Participate in building, improving, and standardizing internal processes
• Support teams in adopting best practices (Agile/Scrum, SDLC, etc.)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 1 year of experience in QA, PQA, or Software Process Management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standards
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ISO/CMMI or process frameworks is a plus
