Process Engineer

Process Optimization:
Oversee and optimize the production processes for PCBA, Cable, and Box Build assembly to ensure high quality and efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Investigation:
Actively investigate operational issues, line stoppages, and defects affecting production; root-cause problems and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Standardization:
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive Work Instructions (WI), check sheets and procedure documents. Ensure all operators are thoroughly trained and compliant.
Equipment Mastery:
Read and interpret technical/machine documentation. Proficiently set up, operate, and troubleshoot production machinery and specialized tools.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean manufacturing principles, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.
Insight understanding of electronics, Cable/ Box build.
Ability to read and understand machine documentation and proficiently use machines, tool.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English, especially in listening and speaking.

7H30 A.M– 4H00 P.M
(Monday-Friday & 2 Saturdays per month)
