Process Engineer

-       Follow up on NPI builds and define the manufacturing process.
-       Define work instructions, torque specs, cable routing, and sub-assembly sequences for complex electro-mechanical builds.
-       Analyze, monitor, and continuously improve processes after mass production.
-       Implement Poka-Yoke solutions and design tools/jigs to minimize defects and improve productivity and output.
-       Develop process documentation, including Flow Charts and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
-          Well known about the EMS process (SMT/Wave/Coating/Potting/Assembly) and NPI.
-          Having experience designing jig, fixture for support the Production.
-          Developing process flow charts and operational diagrams to convey how processes work.
-          Documenting operational procedures and maintaining update for any changes.
-          Commutation with team and customer for NPI preparation.
-          Researching new technology or manufacturing processes to identify possible improvements to production methods.
-          Working with other engineers to develop new manufacturing processes or improve existing processes.
-          Troubleshooting problems with equipment or processes to identify their causes and recommend solutions.
-          Special Skills/Knowledge：1/ Work in high pressure. 2/ Multi-tasking. 3/ Teamwork. 4/ Knowledge of Mechanical Assembly
