Postnatal Care & Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and thoughtful woman — someone who will become the very first voice mothers hear when they reach out to us.
This is not a traditional sales role.
No scripts. No sales pressure. No hard closing.
Instead, it’s about genuine conversations — where you listen, understand, and gently guide mothers to discover a space thoughtfully designed for their recovery journey, during one of the most sensitive and important times of their lives.
Special preference for mothers. Because no one understands a new mother better than another mother.
What will you do?
Connect and consult with mothers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and Instagram
Welcome and accompany clients during their visits to our retreat
Build relationships with obstetricians and midwives
Support each mother from the very first message through to their check-in day

Someone who listens before speaking
Warm, calm, and emotionally intelligent in communication
Comfortable working with both Vietnamese and international clients
Fluent in Vietnamese (English is a strong plus)
No prior sales experience required.
